These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods displayed on our Site when you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or pictures as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that you are responsible for monitoring your payment instrument to verify the refund receipt.

Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Standard Delivery Ireland. Delivery takes 1 – 2 business days.;
Registered Delivery Ireland. Delivery takes 1 – 3 business days.;
Express Courier Ireland. Delivery takes one business day.;
Standard international EU delivery by post. Delivery takes 5 – 8 business days.;
Registered worldwide delivery by post. Delivery takes 5 – 10 business days.; or
DHL Courier worldwide delivery. 1 – 2 business days.
Delivery will occur as soon as possible, depending on the selected method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Ireland, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for paying any such duties or taxes and are not liable for your failure to pay them.
You must provide us with an accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for delivering your goods to the wrong address or person because you provided us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period:
Will end 14 days from when you received the goods when you purchased good(s) in one order that is all delivered together;
Will end 14 days from when you received the last item when you purchased goods in one order that are delivered separately; or
Will end 14 days from when you received the first item when you purchased goods that will be regularly delivered during a defined period.

Goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract with us and goods have already been sent to you, you must return the goods as soon as possible after informing us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will not be liable for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.
If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse you all payments we received from you under the agreement, except for any supplementary delivery charges resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer. Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will provide the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than the earlier of 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied or 14 days after you provide proof that you have returned the goods. If no goods were delivered, we would give the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel.
We will reimburse using the same payment method as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.

At Precious Amber, we take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. However, occasional delays can occur due to customs, distribution centres, or other factors beyond our control.
In the rare case that your item is lost in transit, we will consider it lost if it has not been delivered 7 weeks after the shipping date. Please note, that if the tracking system shows the item has arrived in the UK, any further developments are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued for items delayed or stuck in distribution centres. To process a refund, we must first receive the returned item.

NO CANCELATION POLICY
We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our no-cancellation policy. Once you place an order on our website, you agree to pay for the product(s). We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason except for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will review your claim and issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
We do not accept cancellations or changes to your order once confirmed. Please make sure you review your order carefully before submitting it. Once the order is placed shipping label is generated and paid. If you wish to return the item later after dispatch, the shipping fee will not be refunded because we already paid the shipping fee. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please get in touch with us before placing it.
We reserve the right to cancel any order anytime for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory requirements of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Precious Amber and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees from your site use.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless Precious Amber and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
The laws of Ireland govern these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Terms
We can discuss the order details only with a buyer, not a third party. All communications must be sent from the email address provided in the order form. Precious Amber will not accept forwarded emails or emails containing third-party information to reduce the risk of fraud and scams. Precious Amber will not discuss refund requests from third parties.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Precious Amber is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Precious Amber keeps your payment information secure and never receives your credit card information.
Cancellations: not accepted, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Exchanges: We understand things can go wrong. If you would like to arrange an exchange, please email [email protected] before returning your purchase to us. We need to note your request as this is a manual process on our side and advise you on the next steps of the exchange process. Depending on your location, items ordered in the wrong sizes and later requested to exchange will be charged up to 10€. This fee covers repackaging and shipping fees.
UK ORDERS. The estimated delivery timeframe on UK orders is 4-7 working days. We have included customs and duties in our product pricing, so no additional fees should be charged upon delivery to our customers living in the UK.
Please note – delivery timeframes are a guideline only, and deliveries may be subject to delays that are out of our control (particularly during busy periods).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any evidence of make-up, oils, creams, perfumes etc., deems the product used and ineligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items not in a re-saleable condition. Please note that if there is any issue with your product on arrival, we kindly ask that you notify us upon receipt so we can resolve the issue for you immediately.
For returns outside of the EU, please label your parcel and customs declaration as ‘RETURN GOODS – NOMINAL VALUE €0’. Please note that customs is out of our control, and if you refuse to return your order, we cannot refund your duties/taxes.
Please note the package is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked delivery and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is authorised and a notification has been emailed to you confirming this.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. Any complimentary items must be included in the package.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If the item is not returned in its original condition or without tags. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon reaching our facility, returns may take 12-14 business days. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Precious Amber reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. Any change binds you as soon as you access the Website. We therefore strongly recommend checking the Terms regularly. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service by accessing or using any part of the site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Website or use any services.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void. They will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
